Internet Explorer 5 — Windows 98 Simulator

Internet Explorer 4 was woven into the Windows 98 desktop (the "Active Desktop"), which led to the famous antitrust case. The web of 1998 was Yahoo!, GeoCities, Netscape and dial-up modems; pages were small, animated GIFs were everywhere, and the "e" logo spun while a page loaded.
